¿Cómo debo hacer el pago de mis entradas?
En cine puedes hacer la compra on line, pagando con tarjeta y en la taquilla puedes hacer el pago con efectivo o tarjeta.
En Teatro tanto en la taquilla como on line el pago debe hacerse con tarjeta.
¿Es necesario imprimir las entradas para acceder al recinto?
No, no es necesario tenerlas impresas. Puedes enseñarlas desde tu teléfono móvil.
¿Hay algún descuento disponible?
En cine los miércoles es el día del espectador, y las entradas cuestan 4,60€.
En Teatro no hay descuentos, salvo que en un momento determinado se active.
Tampoco tenemos descuentos para familias numerosas, estudiantes, o diversidad funcional.
¿Qué ocurre si vengo a ver a un protagonista o persona de reparto y no actúa ese día?
El reparto de los espectáculos puede sufrir modificaciones o sustituciones de última hora.

The schedule is from 15:30h to 22:30h. It may be subject to variations on specific days.

No, out of respect for the artists, under no circumstances.

Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for guide dogs.

Do amphitheaters have stairs?
Both amphitheaters (club on floor 1 and mirador on floor 2) have stairs inside them. To avoid them, it is recommended that you buy them in the stalls.

These seats usually have a lower price, since you can see the show, although they may be close to elements that take away visibility or make you uncomfortable. They may also be located on the sides or very close to the stage.
In case an event/show is cancelled, what happens to my tickets?
If there is a situation of cancellation of the event, we will contact you, (with the data obtained by registration, via email or phone). And we will process the refund of the full amount of the tickets.
Can I return the ticket and request the amount of the tickets?
We do not accept exchanges or refunds of tickets for any show programmed in our venue, Teatro Capitol. Therefore, this means that the full amount paid will not be refunded. Before making the payment of the tickets is indicated in the conditions of purchase.
